When songwriting alot of what I do is record to a tape or now a days a phone.

I let the music sort of just come out. I love to use a looper. The looper allows me to hear what I would write for the rest of the band. Basslines chords melodies.

Here is some demos I made for the Woodstock sessions with John Medeski, Billy Martin, and Jason Fraticelli.

Here you go this was a song from some one I love very much, but she slipped away, not in a general sense, and not in a left this world sense in the sense that the person I was falling for was in my imagination, and in order for it to work the person she really was either had to move with me or I had to accept that we were not made for each other. 

It all sort of took its own road from there but she wondered from afar if I ever wrote her a song.

I really loved Bass Nectar for a while, I saw him and met him when he was DJ Lauren. Sawka was doing stuff with him or at least friends of his. He would come up and play off grid parties when Burning Man was like on the ground floor still.

This demo is for a track called Mezmorized I think I named if after one of his songs I was influenced by.

Look probably very few folks are gonna check this out... but if you like EDM I made this in Ableton Live

2012 - Pony Tail written with a student I loved who was on the spectrum and he had a wonderful imagination

Not very similar to what I usually write but we had so much fun must have written 20 - 30 songs in all with this student,
I mean to be frank I have written maybe 1000 songs with students I have no idea where they went lol. So here is a glimpse at the tip of the ice berg.
