Last year, Worship My Organ occupied a late-night slot during the “daze between” Jazz Fest weekends at New Orleans, LA’s One Eyed Jacks with Medeski, Deitch, and Skerik alongside Robert Walter (Mike Gordon, The Greyboy Allstars) and surprise guest Neal Francis. For 2023, organizers Live For Live Music and GMP Live have pushed the performance to the larger The Howlin’ Wolf and a second-Saturday, late-night time slot to give even more fans the chance to revel in the rare magic of this perennial Jazz Fest season highlight.
